"So, if a person wants to surgically change a feature, the fact that it bothers them would suggest that the trait represented also bothers them, right?"
Yes. Face reading transcends looks, race, gender, culture, geographic location - it is a powerful tool that will help you to see what makes a person tick. You recognize what happened and why the person behaves in a certain way. This gives you more compassion and understanding and changes the way you see people.
Start to look at other people's eyebrows and you will see that lack of focus and follow through is a common problem. Maybe I can help you get to the bottom of why you are this way. In my experience, I found there are two common reasons for this. The first is lack of water. Dehydration turns the brain into a raisin and when you are trying to focus, it is hunting for water. Pinch your skin. If it sticks, you need more water. The second reason is stress. We all have stress, but for many people I see, the stress causes non-action. One good solution for this is to meditate 20 minutes every morning. If you don't know how, buy a guided meditation tape and plug it in. It will change your life in 21 days. Make it a habit.

Now, for your eyebrows - I recommend using an eyebrow pencil to fill them in. Also, there is a fantastic product called Revitilash that works miracles in growing in eyelashes and eyebrows. It's pricey, but it works. Women have the benefit of using makeup to change features. Change your face, change your life. It's a circle of reinforcement. You change your eyebrows and look in the mirror, you see yourself differently. You recognize someone who has excellent follow through, attention to detail, sees how all parts relate to the whole, etc. You then act different and receive external reinforcement from other people who respond to your actions and they also notice the physical change (subconsciously). Try it, it works. And yes, your eyebrows will grow in. I use an eyebrow pencil to shape my eyebrows round, straight or angled - depending on the event I'm attending.

So, if a person wants to surgically change a feature, the fact that it bothers them would suggest that the trait represented also bothers them, right?
Wouldn't it be easier to develop the trait so the body will follow to a certain extent?

We all know people who are physically unattractive but their very pleasing personality actually cancels out the unattractiveness. The more time you spend around them the better looking they become.

My eyebrows trail off and it is very difficult for me to focus or follow through on things regardless of good intentions. If I were to get to the bottom of this self sabotaging behavior and change my ways, then my eyebrows will either begin to grow in more thickly and consistently, or the change in my behavior would eclipse the thin eyebrows, I'm guessing.

I would really like to hear your thoughts on this when you have time.

Best,
Mary

[...] Ummmmm… As someone in her forties, it’s pretty flattering to receive 46 emails telling me ‘I’m hot’. In fact, that part made my day! And being in my forties, I have a realistic outlook on men. I no longer expect all guys to look like Rob Pattinson (or John Taylor of Duran Duran, who was more my era). So some of the men weren’t too scary to look at either. I saw no peg legs, no eye patches, full heads of hair. You know, they looked pretty normal. Faces were pretty balanced, not like serial killers or anything. (http://faceitdarlin.com/2010/03/09/face-of-a-serial-killer/). [...]

Thanks. We are waiting to hear back from her. Sometimes people take awhile to digest what you tell them when it doesn't quite fit with what they want to hear. It's tough being in that situation. That old saying, "Love is blind." is more true than we often want to hear. We all have a few relationship hiccups. Hopefully we'll get smarter before we get harmed.

Thanks for writing in.
